So after all the fans were added and everything seemed “cool”, the new server powered itself off around 6am this morning and wouldn’t even POST. The board was getting power for the little LEDs here and there but it wouldn’t power up.
I did some quick hard drive swappage and peculiar eth interface renumber-age and now we’re back to running on the old “crappy” box. Clearly I need a virtual host or something.
