Suspicion…
I should record for future reference what I felt before I actually got my positive test. Two nights before, I kept waking up during the night very hot. I am usually cold at night, so that was weird for me. The night after that, I woke up to cover up the puppy (at her not-so-subtle request), and when I got back into bed, I felt a strong burning sensation in my lower abdomen. I also just had a good feeling about this month.
